CaptionBloom does not require account creation or login. When you use the caption generator, the text you enter (such as a description, platform choice, and tone preference) is sent to our server solely to generate your captions and is not stored after the request completes.

We may collect standard web log data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for the purpose of maintaining service reliability and security. This data is not used to identify individual users.

Image Uploads

If you choose to upload a photo using the optional image feature, that image is sent to our server for the sole purpose of generating captions based on its contents. Uploaded images are processed entirely in memory and are not saved, stored, or retained on our servers in any form after the request is complete.

We do not use uploaded images for any purpose other than generating the captions you requested, and we do not share them with any third parties other than those described in the Third-Party Services section below.

Cookies

We may use basic session cookies to maintain website functionality. We may also use third-party analytics and advertising services (such as Google AdSense and Google Analytics) which may place cookies on your device. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

Third-Party Services

CaptionBloom uses Google's content generation services to power caption creation. Text inputs and any uploaded images you provide are transmitted to Google's servers for processing in order to generate your results. This processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third parties.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data transmitted to our service. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.

Children's Privacy

CaptionBloom is a general-purpose tool intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
